Client and project data
Data provided for analytics and engineering work is processed only for the purposes set out in the engagement contract, held in the environments agreed with the client, and returned or deleted at the end of the engagement on request.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege credentials, and audit logging on systems that hold client or personal data. Delivery teams work under signed confidentiality agreements.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with service providers required to operate our business (for example cloud hosting and email), each bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection terms.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records. Client data follows the retention terms in the applicable engagement contract.
