We started by fixing reporting that nobody trusted. A decade later we build the models, pipelines, and products that decide pricing, staffing, stock, and risk for companies across three continents.
Our story
Decision Culture was founded on a simple frustration: organisations were rich in data and poor in decisions. Dashboards multiplied while the actual choices — what to stock, what to charge, who to call — stayed unchanged.
We built delivery pods that own a problem end to end. Data engineers, data scientists, and product engineers sit together, which is why our clients stay with us for five and nine years at a stretch rather than for a single project.
Today every pod works AI-first. Language models accelerate exploration, documentation, and code, while the engineering discipline around them — testing, monitoring, governance — stays uncompromising.
